Stud Information                                                    The stud was originally founded in 1970 by Mr and Mrs Dennis, and changed ownership in 1997. Mr and Mrs Dennis retained some of the ponies and the well known prefix, Kerswell. The stud has since introduced the new prefix of Keensacre, and has been breeding Keensacre ponies ever since.

Stallions At Stud                                                   The stud is situated within the heart of scenic Dartmoor and covers 80 acres. We have 3 miniature shetland stallions registered with the SPSBS. All of the stallions provide something different so they cater for many requirements. We also have 3 mediterranean miniature donkey jacks registered with the MMDA, and 2 miniature spotted stallions.
